DAY 1: Your tour begins early in the morning, when the air conditioned coach will pick you up from or near your hotel in Athens and take you to Piraeus port to embark on a ferry to Santorini. Enjoy a 5.5 hour cruise on the ferry in the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea and arrive in Santorini at approximately 1pm.  The minibus will drop you off at the main town of Fira, where you will be taken for 1 hour tour through the main town to witness the breathtaking view of the Caldera and walk through picturesque alleys and vibrant shopping market.

You may also choose an optional organized Oia tour supplement which with a small fee includes a round trip minibus transfer and a one hour walking tour in Oia, a small town known for its famous sunsets and whitewashed houses carved into the rugged clifftops which overlook the one-of-the-kind Caldera with Nea and Palia Kammeni islets that were created by the volcanic eruption. Oia is also known for one of the world’s most beautiful sunsets and it is a true experience to watch the sky’s breathtaking palette mixing yellow, orange and red colors as the sun goes down.

DAY 2: Wake up in Santorini to enjoy your breakfast and spend the rest of the day at your own leisure. You can visit nearby villages on foot along the picturesque cliffside path from Fira to Imerovigli, swim on the black or red beach, visit a couple of wineries that Santorini is well known for or even arrange a cruise around the volcano.  In the afternoon you will be transferred to Santorini port as the ferry departs at 18:30 and arrives to Piraeus port late evening, after which you will be taken back the center of Athens.

This tour is organized (group) with minimum number of participants 1, and is offered in English and Greek language. Other languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and German) are available upon request at extra cost.

Children (2 – 10 years old) and infants are welcome to participate with parental guidance. 

Please note that you will need to settle the Accommodation tax depending on the hotel category and class (3€ per room per night for 4-star hotels & 4€ per room per night for 5-star hotel) payable to the hotel upon check in/or check out.

Please remember to prepare a beach bag (with bathing suits, beach towels etc) as you may choose to take a swim during your stay in the island. It is also advisable to bring a light windproof jacket since it might be chilly onboard during early morning or late evening ferry travel.
